This paper discusses the DRG （Diagnosis Related Groups） after introducing the medical insurance payment method reform and introduces the development ofDRGs at home and abroad. According to the particularity of drugs，higher requirements are raised for its supply chain management in the context of DRG. Meanwhile，many problems in the operation of the drug supply chain at present are pointed out，and how to promote the construction and management of the supply chain of special drugs in the environment of DRGs in the pharmaceuticals industry and hospitals after the full implementation of DRGs is analyzed.
