随着互联网应用的快速发展,网民兴趣和需求的变化,对于疫情影响下马拉松的恢复和调整具有重要意义。为了深入分析疫情影响下马拉松网民关注度的变化,本文以上海国际马拉松为例,利用百度指数分析其时空演化特征及影响因素。结果表明,上海马拉松与新型冠状病毒肺炎的关注度呈负相关。上海马拉松需求具有明显的“敏感性”,而且“前兆效应”显著,培育马拉松赛事的预热期对增强公众关注度具有重要意义。对于疫情带来的上海马拉松赛事安全风险空间差异明显,不同省份表现出不同的敏感性。疫情影响下,赛前“马拉松跑全程是多少”“上马官网”和赛后“马拉松照片”“马拉松起源”是用户重点关注的内容。疫情发生后,用户对相关信息“直播”和“照片”的关注度大幅上升,同时线上马拉松收获越来越多的关注。基于此,本文从以下五个方面提出一些建议:利用新媒体技术加强对赛事的深度体验和参与;强化重点群体和重点领域的推进;利用互联网资源科学预测马拉松的需求动态;提高精准服务质量;探索马拉松“后疫情时代”破圈的途径。
<<Using Baidu Index to analyze the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics and influencing factors of network attention of Shanghai marathon under the impact of epidemic situation. The results showed that novel corona virus pneumonia incidence was negatively correlated with the two curve of Shanghai marathon network concern. Shanghai marathon demand shows a very strong “sensitivity”,and this “sensitivity” is ultimately transmitted to the development of the whole marathon industry. ② From the distribution of provinces,Hubei and Fujian are the most sensitive,Beijing and Henan are more sensitive,while Liaoning,Sichuan,Hebei and Heilongjiang are generally sensitive;In terms of distribution cities,Wuhan,Ningbo and Nanyang are the most sensitive,while Tianjin,Chongqing,Nanjing and Chengdu are generally sensitive. ③ Under the epidemic situation,the relevant information of “how much is the whole marathon”,“official website” and “photos of Marathon” and “origin of Marathon” before the Shanghai marathon are the focus of users. The attention to relevant information “live” and “photos” has increased significantly. “Shanghai online marathon” attracts more attention from users. On this basis,we should build a marathon crisis management mechanism;Using Internet resources and technology to predict marathon demand trends scientifically;Strengthen media publicity and promotion;Strengthen the publicity and promotion of key groups and areas;Put forward suggestions to improve the service level and quality of marathon.
