本文在梳理我国医药应急物资储备制度演变历史的基础上，介绍我国医药应急物资储备体系现状，以及医药流通企业在突发公共卫生事件中的功能定位。从完善医药应急储备体系的法律法规、设立应急物流专项资金、优化应急物流体系建设等方面提出政策性建议。
<<On the basis of reviewing the evolution history of my country’s medical emergency supplies reserve system，this article introduces the current status of my country’s medical emergency supplies reserve system and the functional positioning of pharmaceutical distribution enterprises in public health emergencies. Policy recommendations are made in terms of improving the laws and regulations of the medical emergency reserve system，establishing special funds for emergency logistics and optimizing the construction of emergency logistics systems.
