In order to evaluate the blockchain system scientifically，objectively and fairly，and to provide a unified evaluation standard for regulators，users and developers，the article starts from the development status of the blockchain industry and existing problems in the industry，clarifies the purpose of the evaluation of the blockchain system，and aims at blockchain testing lacks a theoretical basis. Focusing on the evaluation elements，researching and judging test points，testing environment requirements and testing methods，a blockchain testing system is proposed to provide a reference for evaluation agencies. At the same time，by sorting out the testing service capabilities，analysis and testing laboratories and blockchain industry sandbox construction requirements that the tester should have，a security system is built for the evaluation work of the blockchain industry.
