This paper introduces the establishment and improvement process of legal systems concerning the Drug Administration Law and the Vaccine Administration Law，which reflect that China has thoroughly learned from the successful experience of drug administration reform in recent years in the legislative concept and system design. Then，nine parts are introduced in great details，such as the guarantee of drug supply，severe punishment of those violating the law，implementing subject responsibility and strengthening whole-process control，presenting the future direction of the reform and innovation of the drug governance system in the new era.
