blockchain has created a new technology of value registration and exchange，which may bring about the second revolution of financial infrastructure. It has the advantages of anti attack and robustness，openness and universality of the system. This paper designs a back-end securities registration and settlement system which uses blockchain technology as the infrastructure of the securities market，and designs the use scenarios of depository receipt，OTC derivatives financial market，OTC asset management，OTC derivatives financial market and other infrastructure，taking futures as an example，which are in line with the requirements of “standard，transparent，open，flexible” -five standards is unlimited and the prospect is promising.
