从1998年英国政府提出“创意产业”起,全球文化创意产业发展浪潮已历20余年,文化创意产业已经成为衡量国家和城市竞争力的重要维度。本报告回顾总结了2013年以来全球的文化创意产业版图,对全球国际文化大都市进行了对标研究,在此基础上分析了“十四五”时期上海文化创意产业领域具备的优势和面临的挑战,提出了以“集群化”构建高标识度的文化创意产业增长极、以“融合化”协同提升文化创意产业链的现代化水平、以“生态化”厚植上海城市的创意资本的战略思路。
<<Since the British government puts forward the “creative industries” in 1998,the global cultural and creative industries(CCI)have been galloping for more than 20 years. CCI have become a core dimension of the competitiveness of countries and cities. This report reviews and summarizes the global CCI since 2013,and conducts benchmarking studies on international cultural metropolises. On this basis,it analyzes Shanghai’s advantages and challenges during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,and puts forward the strategy of clustering to build highly identifiable CCI pole of growth,strategy of synergy to coordinate CCI industrial chain,and strategy of ecology to plant creative capital of Shanghai.
