In recent years，Hubei Province has explored innovative development paths for rural collective economy，and gradually formed a variety of development models such as property management，resource development，income from services and cooperation with external forces. At present，the main obstacles are limited assets and resources available for development in most villages，backward infrastructure conditions，and insufficient implementation of policies to support the development of collective economy. In the next step，we should promote the sustainable development under various models based on local conditions，by upholding openness and cooperation，and giving play to the advantages of scale economy.
