2020年新冠肺炎疫情对我国旅游业造成了巨大冲击,旅游保险企业面临艰巨挑战。然而,疫情的突发使游客和旅游企业对风险有了更深的认识,投保意识有所增强。虽然在这一时期旅游业发展放缓,但疫情之后,中国旅游保险市场将逐步恢复向好态势,迎来长足发展。本文通过总结2020年政府、企业和旅游者三类旅游保险主体的发展情况以及特征,剖析了2020年我国旅游保险发展的主要影响因素,在此基础上预测了2021年我国旅游保险发展的“三个趋向”和“三个不变”。新冠肺炎疫情突发加快了数字化转型,金融科技赋能改变了传统经营与产品配给,线上保险业务发展阻止了行业发展震荡。然而目前新冠肺炎疫情反复,旅游保险如何缓解游客出游安全焦虑且帮助旅游行业复产复工成为亟待解决的问题。综上,本文基于大数据分析提出以下三点发展建议:(1)发挥政府引导作用,多方创新支持行业复苏;(2)强化旅游企业责任意识,普及旅游保险市场教育;(3)完善相关法规等措施手段,保障游客出游信心与合法权益。
<<With the outbreak and the spread of COVID-19 epidemic in 2020,Chinese tourism industry has suffered a huge impact,and travel insurance companies are facing daunting challenges. However,the sudden epidemic makes tourists and tourism companies gaining deeper understanding and stronger awareness of risks. During this period,the tourism industry develops slowly,but Chinese travel insurance market will return to good posture and gain a long-term progress after the epidemic. By summarizing the developing situation and characteristics of the government,enterprises and tourists in 2020,this article analyzes the main influencing factors of the Chinese travel insurance industry in 2020,and predicts its “three changes” and “three constants” in 2021. The sudden epidemic has accelerated the digital transformation of the travel insurance industry. And its traditional operation and product distribution were changed by financial technology and its oscillation was prevented by online insurance. At present,the epidemic situation is repeated,and how to relieve the safety anxiety of tourists and help the tourism industry to resume its work become urgent problems to be solved. To sum up,based on big data analysis,this research puts forward the following three development suggestions:Strengthening the guiding role of the government and supporting the industry recovery through many innovations;enhancing the responsibility sense of tourism enterprises and popularizing travel insurance market education;improving relevant laws and regulations to protect tourists’ travel confidence and legitimate rights.
