This article sorts out the series of epidemic prevention and control policies issued by tourism administrative departments at all levels and relevant ministries and commissions across the country in 2020，analyzes the main challenges of tourism administration in the normalization stage of epidemic prevention and control，and discusses the policies of tourism administrations under normalization of the epidemic. Optimization made recommendations. Policy review found that in 2020，China’s tourism administrative departments at all levels will carry out the epidemic control work in an orderly manner，and have successively introduced a series of policies such as epidemic prevention and control，enterprise support，and market recovery. Entering the stage of normalization of epidemic prevention and control，tourism administrative departments are facing challenges such as the escalation of the difficulty of management and control of tourism places，the improvement of the accuracy of governance measures，and the strengthening of coordinated governance requirements. The study proposes that tourism administrative departments should break through the predicament，establish a multi-level and multi-sectoral linkage governance mechanism，and form a comprehensive policy system such as epidemic prevention and control，enterprise support，industrial transformation and upgrading，and consumption stimulation. It must be based on ensuring effective prevention and control of the epidemic. Simultaneously exert efforts from both ends of supply and demand to accelerate the recovery and development of the tourism industry.
