    21世纪“数字孪生技术”在汽车车身生产中的应用探索

    摘要

    文章介绍了数字孪生技术应用的分类,以及对推动制造业产业链各环节从自动化向数字化、智能化转型发展的积极意义,重点介绍了数字孪生在汽车车身规划设计及生产过程中的应用和数字化解决方案(以下简称项目)。项目以汽车车身生产线全生命周期数字化管理为目标,从生产线前期规划设计、生产交付到维保服务三个不同的产线生命阶段着手,以5G、工业物联和AI技术为基础,解决面向不同阶段需求的数字化规划、产线过程数字孪生和客户智造服务平台打造的问题,能够有效地提高产线生产效率,降低生产成本,缩短产线的改造和实施周期。重点介绍了面向规划设计的3D扫描虚实重构方案、5G+VR验证方案、产线全要素工况的虚拟调试方案,以及面向生产运维的智造数字服务平台技术、滚边质量监控系统及5G+数字孪生等不同场景解决方案,分析了数字孪生轻量化建模的关键要素和实施路径,实现5G+数字孪生技术在汽车、工程机械、半导体、轨道交通等行业的产业赋能和应用推广,有利于打造基于5G+工业数字孪生的新型数字化解决方案新业态,符合国家《中国制造2025》发展规划要求,具有较大的市场空间和应用前景。

    Abstract

    The paper introduces the classification of digital twin applications,and the positive significance of promoting the transformation development of manufacturing industry chain from automation to digitalization and intelligentization. It focuses on the application and digital solutions of digital twin technology in the planning,design,and production process of autobody. With the goal of digital management in autobody line life cycle,the project divides the autobody line into three stages,such as prophase planning and design,production and delivery and the maintenance services as well. With the technical foundation of 5G,industrial internet and AI,the project provides the solutions to adapt to the need of different stages of digital planning,digital twin of autobody line process and the building of intelligent manufacturing service platform. It can effectively improve production efficiency,reduce production cost,and shorten the transformation and implementation period of autobody line. It mainly introduces the digital solutions of different scenarios,such as virtual and real 3D scanning reconstruction scheme for planning and design,5G+VR authentication scheme,virtual debugging of autobody line with the working condition of all elements scheme,and intelligent manufacturing service platform for production operations,piping quality monitoring system and 5G+digital twin. It also analyses the key elements of digital twin lightweight modeling and implementation path,realizes the industrial energization and application promotion of 5G+digital twin technology in automobile,engineering machinery,semiconductor,rail transportation and other industries. It is beneficial to build the new forms of digital solutions based on 5G+digital twin which conform to the requirements of the national “Made in China 2025” development planning and has a large market space and application prospect.
