新冠肺炎疫情背景下,2020年我国旅游购物安全形势仍十分严峻。通过对218起中国旅游购物安全事件的统计分析发现,全年旅游购物安全事件较上年增加22。5%。旅游购物安全事件在时间、地域、类型、群体、商品等方面较以往年份略有变化。游客防范意识淡薄,相关利益群体联手共享暴利仍是旅游购物安全事件的主要成因。国家致力于改善旅游购物消费环境,整治旅游市场购物乱象,在法规政策、服务监管、科技支持等方面都取得了新的进展。展望2021年,新冠肺炎疫情得到全面控制后,我国旅游业将迎来新一轮复苏。多元化的游客需求与多样化的消费方式将给旅游购物安全带来新的挑战。建议从开发刚需群体青睐商品、加大违规处罚力度、净化旅游购物环境、加强在线购物监管等方面构建安全保障体系。
<<During the COVID-19 pandemic,the security situation of tourism shopping in China in 2020 is still very severe. Based on the statistical analysis of 218 tourism shopping safety incidents in China,we found that the number of tourist shopping safety incidents increased 21.91% compared to last year. The safety incidents of tourism shopping are different from those of previous years in terms of occurrence time,distribution,types,groups of tourists and goods. The lack of safety awareness of tourists and the cooperation of relevant interest groups to share excessive profits are still the main causes of safety incidents of tourism shopping. The state is committed to improving the consumption environment of tourism shopping,rectifying the chaos of shopping in the tourism market,and making new progress in regulations and policies,service supervision,and scientific and technological support. Looking forward to 2021,when the COVID-19 pandemic is fully controlled,China’s tourism industry will usher in a new round of recovery. The diversified demand of tourists and the diversified consumption mode will bring new challenges to the security situation of tourism shopping. Therefore,the security system of tourism shopping can be constructed from the aspects of increasing the punishment of violation,developing the rigid demand group to favor commodities,purifying the environment,and strengthening the supervision of online shopping.
