2020年，受新冠肺炎疫情影响，我国旅游餐饮业发展受到较大冲击；旅游餐饮外卖业务迅速发展；旅游餐饮安全形势较好；新增了设施安全事件、违规违建事件以及冷链食品安全事件3种类型。安全事件类型及发生原因较复杂，事件危害性较大。展望2021年，旅游餐饮安全的外卖卫生安全以及进口冷链食品运输安全将成为社会各界关注的重点；无接触服务技术将被推广，与智慧餐饮安全系统共同成为旅游餐饮安全的保障。
<<In 2020，due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic，the development of China’s tourism and catering industry is greatly impacted；tourism catering takeaway business is rapidly developing；the safety situation of tourism catering is good；Three new types of safety events：new facilities safety incidents，violations of construction safety incidents，and cold chain food safety have been added. The types of safety accidents and their causes are complex and the accidents are harmful. Looking forward to 2021，the safety of food delivery and the safety of imported cold-chain food transportation in tourism catering will become the focus of attention from all walks of life；contactless service technology will be promoted；together with the smart catering safety system，it will become a guarantee for the safety of tourism catering.
