近年来,我国新能源汽车的快速发展和应用带动了汽车工业的绿色转型与创新,同时也出现了新能源汽车运行的安全风险问题。针对新能源汽车行驶安全隐患查处不及时现象,公安部交通管理科学研究所重点开展了新能源汽车监控数据跨部门跨网络融合、新能源汽车行车安全隐患演化机理、新能源汽车安全隐患精准追踪查处等关键技术研究,构建了新能源汽车监控信息共享应用平台,开发了新能源汽车路面运行风险全程研判系统、新能源汽车路面安全隐患精准管控系统,实现了工信部和公安部新能源汽车监控资源的深度融合。应用大数据、人工智能等技术,精准管控新能源汽车的安全隐患和事故风险。研究成果已在无锡、嘉兴示范应用,取得了阶段性成效。
<<In recent years,the rapid development and popularization of China’s new energy vehicles have driven the green transformation and innovation of the automotive industry. However,it has also brought about safety risks. In response to the failure to deal with the hidden dangers of new energy vehicles in time,Traffic Management Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security has conducted research on the cross-departmental cross-network integration of new energy vehicle monitoring data;the evolution mechanism of new energy vehicle safety hazards;and key technologies such as the precise tracking and investigation of new energy vehicle safety hazards. The Research Institute has built a new energy vehicle monitoring information sharing application platform,developed a new energy vehicle road operation risk full-process research and judgment system,a new energy vehicle road safety hazard precise control system,and achieved the deep integration of new energy vehicle monitoring resources between the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Public Security. Big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies are applied to accurately control new energy vehicles for the safety hazards and accident risks. The research results have been demonstrated and applied in Wuxi and Jiaxing,which achieved phased results.
