近年来,各级政府积极借助社交媒体进行社会治理方式与服务功能的创新转变,政务微信公众号数量大幅增长。如何捕捉用户不断变化的需求,构成了提升政务微信用户体验的关键难题。本研究通过一项在广东省内完成的在线问卷调查,描述和分析了广东省政务微信用户的基本构成、行为特征与对政务微信的使用评价。研究发现,约一半的受访者使用政务微信的时长已超过3年;用户关注最多的是警务部门和宣传部门所开立的微信号;用户阅读政务微信的频率较高,但在后台留言和点赞的人数比例较小。
<<In recent years,governments at all levels have made efforts to enhance the effectiveness of social governance and service through using social media. In the meantime,the number of official wechat accounts have increased substantially. In order to improve official wechat user experience,it is necessary to explore how to satisfy users’ changing needs. Based on an online survey,this study analyzes user profiles,users’ behavioral characteristics and user evaluation of official wechat accounts. It is found that,about half of the respondents have used official wechat accounts for more than three years;police accounts and publicity accounts have the largest number of subscriptions;the frequency of reading account articles is high,whereas few users leave comments or Likes.
