    2015~2021年我国网络音乐发展状况

    摘要

    2020年以来,网络音乐行业进一步繁荣发展。在创作方面,法律法规促进网络音乐版权生态持续改善,乐迷助力小众音乐破圈,多样内容联动打造互动新爆款,“可视化”呈现新景象。在传播上,网络音乐的社会担当进一步强化,网络综艺为网络音乐传播注入新动能,新型音乐频道崛起促进审美方式多样发展,音乐社区呈现发展新气象。在产业发展方面,用户内容付费习惯已形成,平台主力军作用显著,产业格局调整加剧,线上音乐演出常态化,全球化布局初见规模。就发展趋向来说,各大平台进一步强化“原创”扶持,“音乐+短视频”推动网络音乐创新发展,物联网或成为网络音乐发展的新赛道,新法律的实施落地必能开创音乐版权保护的新局面,更好促进网络音乐行业的快速发展。

    Abstract

    Since 2020,network music industry has further prospered. In terms of creation,laws and regulations promote the continuous improvement of network music copyright ecology,fans help ‘breaking the circle’ of minor music,diverse content linkage creates new interactive best-selling works,‘visualization’ presents a fresh look. In terms of dissemination,the social responsibility of network music has been further strengthened,network variety shows have injected new impetus into network music dissemination,the rise of new music channels promote the development of diverse aesthetic styles,and music communities have presented the new aspect. In terms of industry development,the habit of user paying for content has been formed,the main role of the platform is significant,the adjustment of the industry structure has accelerated,online music performances are normalized,and the globalization layout has begun to take shape. In terms of development trends,the major platforms further strengthen the‘original’ support,‘music plus short video’ to promote the innovative development of network music,the Internet of things may become a new track for the progressing of network music. The implementation of the new law will certainly create a new ground for music copyright protection and better promote the rapid development of the network music industry.
