The Museum is an important component of the science popularization infrastructure. In the past ten years，the number of museums in China has not only increased rapidly，but also the level of public cultural services has been significantly improved，which is due to the establishment and continuous improvement of Museum grading evaluation and operation evaluation standards. “Promoting construction by evaluation” has greatly improved the operation level of the museum，formed a good atmosphere for mutual learning among museums，and promoted the improvement of museum public service efficiency. Based on the analysis of the changes of Museum grading and operation evaluation standards，this research expounds the cases of national first-class museum operation and management，in order to provide reference for other museums and study the future development trend of museums. Finally，the report puts forward the suggestions to improve the level of museums. It is expected that museums across the country can achieve scientific development under the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the Chinese Government，so as to continuously enrich the public cultural life and improve the scientific and cultural literacy of citizens.
