数据技术的发展催生了个性化服务,个性化服务促使平台收集用户的数据。收集用户数据与用户的隐私保护之间必然存在张力。研究者和立法者都对平台在数据收集中的隐私和个人信息保护提出相应的要求。本文基于隐私计算理论和隐私悖论研究用户在使用个性化服务平台时是如何看待隐私披露的。通过对1055个样本的分析,发现娴熟的网络用户的隐私忧虑程度较高,但高度的隐私忧虑并未实质性影响其披露隐私,而且使用习惯和渠道依赖显著影响了用户的实际在线行为。
<<The development of data technologies give birth to personalized service,which promotes the platforms to collect users’ data. There must be tension between users’ data collection and privacy protection. Researchers and legislators put forward relevant requirements for privacy and personal information protection in platform’s data collection. Based on privacy calculus theory and privacy paradox,this paper studies how users view privacy disclosure when using personalized service platform. By analyzing 1055 samples,this study finds that skilled Internet users have a high degree of privacy concerns,but the high degree of privacy concerns does not substantially affect their privacy disclosure,and the use habits and channel dependence significantly affect the actual online behavior of users.
