The Provisions on Governance of the Network Information Content Ecology has been implemented since March 1，2020，which makes the governance of network information content ecology have rules to follow. Based on the dual system model of knowledge of domain engineering，this report constructs the framework of governance of network information ecology. Combined with the hot spots of public opinion in 2020，the report summarizes some relevant characteristics from the subject，content，behavior，and governance of network information. Because of the deep integration and mutual influence of the internet and reality，the research group asserts that the value of the governance of network information content ecology will be further enhanced in the future.
