As a very important science popularization resource，science popularization infrastructure is the main carrier for implementing and development of science popularization in China，and affects the improvement of national science popularization capacity. The science popularization capacity of science popularization infrastructure shows its comprehensive strength in providing science popularization products and services to the society and the public. Developing science popularization infrastructure is to continuously meet the needs of different persons to improve their scientific literacy. On the basis of an overview of the development status of science popularization infrastructure in recent years，this report analyzes the main problems and reasons in the development process of science popularization infrastructure. At the same time，it points out the future development directions and proposes some countermeasures and suggestions based on the current hot issues.
