In 2008，Taiwan’s economic climate falls back sharply for the influence of multiple factors such as the international financial crisis，global economic climate decline and internal structure. The statistical department of Taiwan predicts that Taiwan’s annual economic growth rate will decline from 5.72% in 2007 to 4.3% in 2008，but a majority of research organizations predict a decline lower than 4%. When it comes to 2009，Taiwan’s economy will be confronted with more rigorous external environment pressure：it is not optimistic with the economic indication.
