Taiwan’s economy is still based on foreign trade in 2008，and the majority of industries have been affected by the global economic climate decline. The global economic climate decline and the decreasing demands for related products have imposed considerable impacts to Taiwan’s commodity trade. Based on comprehensive judgment，the international trade tends to slow down with weak demands，slight decline of inflation pressure and developed financial crisis.
