This article concerns the general judgment on the current macroeconomic situation including the following aspects：there is pretty large pressure for economic decline，it is still the urgent issue to address to push forward the transition of the economic development modes，China keeps its general trend of faster development，and the policy advice is proposed for macroeconomic control including reform on resource product prices as soon as possible.
