新冠肺炎疫情对全球媒介生态造成严重冲击,加速调整与完善疫情下的传播模式与策略成为各大媒体应对行业寒冬与升级转型的关键。本文在梳理分析疫情突发以来国外媒体行业变化特点与发展趋势的基础上,从物理场景的线上融合、服务场景的跨界发展以及虚拟场景的创新构建三个方面来探讨国外媒体在应对疫情冲击过程中的成功经验,为国内媒体在后疫情时代的融合发展提供经验与启示。分析表明,国外媒体在场景创新层面具有实用性、社交性、关注用户体验以及寻求跨界、跨领域发展等特征,国内媒体尽管在场景发展层面取得一定成效,但仍需在平台、技术和关系等维度进行创新突破,以更好地应对疫情带来的社会影响与挑战。
<<The COVID-19 outbreak has caused a severe impact on the global media ecology. The adjustment and improvement of the communication mode and strategy under the effect of the epidemic has become the key elements of major media to cope with the cold winter of the industry and thus requires upgrading and transformation of the industry. Based on the analysis of the changing characteristics and development trends of the foreign media industry since the outbreak of the epidemic,this article discusses the successful experience of foreign media in the process of coping with the impact of the epidemic from three aspects:online integration of physical scenes,cross-border development of service scenes and innovative construction of virtual scenes,so as to provide experience and inspiration for the integration development of domestic media in the post-epidemic era. The analysis shows that foreign media have the characteristics of practicality,sociality,focusing on user experience,and seeking cross-border and cross-domain development at the scene innovation level. Although domestic media have achieved certain results in the scene development level,they still need to make innovative breakthroughs in the dimensions of platform,technology and relationship to better respond to the social changes and challenges caused by the epidemic.
