In 2020，Guangdong media developed in a steady pace of in-depth integration. Provincial media actively built an omni-media communication matrix and have been the strongest voice of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Local and municipal media filled their positive role as a link between the upper and the lower levels of organizations，and did a good job as a hub for integration. The construction of district and county media convergence centers have been carried out in an all-round way，striving to build a platform that follows the principle of “news，government affairs public service，and economic service” Internet platform. During the epidemic period，Guangdong media actively spoke out，demonstrated the spirit of fighting the epidemic and shouldered the responsibility. In the future，Guangdong media convergence shall continue to move towards the direction of gene fusion，technological innovation and diversity integration.
