As an emerging form of communication，media convergence subverts the top-down official dialogue mode of traditional media，changes the single linear media environment，and constructs a communication discourse system in line with the era of media convergence at the media，social，economic，cultural and other levels. In 2020，following the demonstration of the first batch of media integration in Yunnan，the county-level media integration centers actively explored the innovative mechanism of media integration，built a bridge between the party and the government to contact，serve and unite the people of all ethnic groups，and enhance the integration of regional media resources，construct a comprehensive service platform to meet the needs of diversified，differentiated and nationalized social services. After more than a year of construction，the county-level media convergence centers in the province have basically completed institutional integration，hardware transformation，and software upgrading，initially formed a pattern of one-time collection，multiple generation and multi-channel distribution which greatly improved their skills of dissemination，guidance，influence，and credibility. In the future，it is still necessary to increase efforts to promote in-depth integration，so that official discourse and national consciousness can be effectively spread to the border areas and invisibly radiated to neighboring countries.
