From 2020 to 2021，Chongqing’s media convergence development presents a new pattern and many new characteristics，and gradually step into the stage of “deep integration development”. The main features of media convergence in Chongqing include：adhering to the principle of Communist Party of China （CPC） spirit and enlarges the mainstream public opinion position；strengthening the construction of high-quality content and services to meet the public’s demand for information，intensifying technological innovation leadership，building a new media platform，forging ahead on system and mechanism innovation，and improving media integration efficiency. It did a good job of expanding the “last mile” of integration and strengthening the construction of regional and county convergence media centers. The following recommendations are made in this report：to establish “Internet +” thinking，to leverage the role of capital，to attach importance to “human resource” integration，and to create first-class media groups.
