2020~2021年,媒体融合步入深水期,从“相加”到“相融”的转变进一步加深。浙江媒体的融合发展从组织结构优化、创新驱动发展、市场化经营等方面都有着不同程度的创新与突破。在具体的融合实践中,浙江媒体在理念创新、模式创新、技术创新三方面形成了自己的特色,尤其是在短视频、直播和MCN领域的尝试都代表了行业发展的新动向。本文认为,浙江省、市、县三级媒体的架构调整已经基本完成,下一步需要在思维、模式与技术三方面实现全面优化升级。
<<Since 2020,media convergence has entered a deep-water stage and the transition from “addition” to “integration” will be further intensified. Zhejiang’s convergence development has achieved varying degrees of innovation and breakthroughs in terms of organizational structure optimization,innovation-driven development,and market-oriented management. Zhejiang Media has practically formed its own characteristics in three aspects:thinking,model and technological innovation,especially in the field of short video,live broadcast and MCN,all of them represent new trends in the development of the industry. The report believes that the restructuring of the three-level media in Zhejiang province,prefecture and county has been basically completed. The next step needs to achieve comprehensive upgrading in three aspects:thinking,mode and technology.
