2020年,天津媒体融合跨上新征途。首先,集媒体、政务、商务与服务为一体的“津心办”相继推出1。0版和2。0版,基于“一平台、多终端、多渠道”理念创新项信息服务,实现在线业务办理的跨部门协调与“跨省通办”。其次,海河传媒中心由原来的三个事业部改组为日报、晚报、广播、电视四个编辑部,深入把握不同内容生产的属性与规律;中心强化“一体多维、多向进入”理念,成立新媒体协调部,统筹传统媒体与新媒体融合发展。再次,津云新媒体创新性采用“云访谈”模式,加强媒体融合的区域合作;深耕短视频领域的融媒体内容生产。最后,区县级融媒体中心持续探索职能部门的调整优化,根据时代与人民需求创作出数量可观、质量上乘的融媒体作品。与此同时,天津市当前的媒体融合也仍存在着其他省市媒体融合过程中类似的体制机制、人才与资金等的问题,审时度势、持续探索是对未来媒体融合常态化要求。

Secondly,Haihe Media Center was reorganized from the original three business divisions into four editorial departments for daily newspapers,Evening paper,Radio,and Television,so as to have a thorough understanding of the properties and rules of different content production. The Center has strengthened the concept of “integrated multi-dimensional and multi-direction entry” and established the New Media Coordination Department to coordinate the integrated development of traditional media and new media. Thirdly,Jinyun new media innovatively adopts the “cloud interview” model to strengthen the regional cooperation of media convergence. And it is deeply engaged in the production of integrated media content in the field of short video. Fourth,the district and county-level media convergence centers continue to explore the adjustment and optimization of functional departments,and create a considerable number of high-quality media contents according to the needs of the Times and the People. At the same time,the current media convergence in Tianjin still faces the same problems as other provinces and cities in the process of media convergence,such as the system mechanism,talent and capital,etc.,and it is necessary to evaluate the situation and continue to explore the situation for the normalization of media convergence in the future.
