In light of the need of epidemic prevention and control，even though the construction of media convergence of Beijing municipal media has not only encountered challenges，it also ushered in new opportunities for development. Substantial progress was made in the following areas：top-level mechanism design，technological innovation and Application，content production and distribution，construction and upgrading of all-media communication matrix. This report outlines the explorations and practices of media convergence process，summarizes the new progress and new mechanism of media convergence in Beijing，analyzes the existing problems and puts forward suggestions，in order to provide reference for the subsequent transformation of media convergence.
