    进博会与扩大内需、促进新型消费研究

    摘要

    中国国际进口博览会(以下简称“进博会”)作为中国与世界分享市场机遇的开放性平台,是畅通国内大循环、构建新发展格局的重要窗口,对于扩大内需、促进消费尤其是新型消费具有重要作用。总体来看,当前中国消费水平、消费结构及其对经济增长的拉动作用与发达国家相比仍存在一定的差距。进博会连续三届“越办越好”,在激发国内需求市场潜力、促进新型消费发展方面成效显著。未来,应依托进博会进一步增强“6天+365天”一站式交易服务平台功能,积极构建消费领域新业态、新模式,加强新型产业供给体系建设,深化长三角一体化引领,形成统一大市场,加强进博会与自贸区战略联动,优化制度创新环境,全面释放进博会在扩大内需、促进新型消费方面的溢出效应。

    Abstract

    China International Import Expo(CIIE),as an open platform for China to share market opportunities with the rest of the world,is an important window to connect domestic and international circulations and form a new development pattern. It plays an important role in expanding domestic demand and promoting consumption,especially new forms of consumption. In general,there is still a certain gap between China’s consumption level,consumption structure and its driving effect on economic growth compared with developed countries. As the previous three sessions were held successfully,CIIE has made remarkable achievements in stimulating domestic market demand potential and promoting development of new forms of consumption. In the future,relying on CIIE,efforts shall be made to further accelerate development of the “6+365” regular exhibition and trading platform,actively develop new business forms and models in the consumption field,strengthen construction of new-type industrial supply system,deepen the integration of Yangtze River Delta to form a unified big market,strengthen strategic linkage between CIIE and free trade zones and optimize institutional innovation environment,in a bid to fully release CIIE’s spillover effect in expanding domestic demand and promoting new forms of consumption.
