经过近百年的发展,欧美发达国家的工业化进程完成后,工业制造业与服务业呈现逐渐融合的趋势。20世纪80年代以来,欧美发达国家的制造企业,相继开启从聚焦产品的基础服务向聚焦客户需求的中高级服务转型,相应地,欧美学者把这一企业实践变革称为制造服务化。进入21世纪,随着中国制造业由大趋强崛起,互联网、大数据等前沿科技广泛应用,欧美发达国家制造企业的服务化转型有了新的变化,相应的研究也呈现新的特点。本报告尝试研判欧美企业的实践动向,评析欧美学术界制造服务化的前沿成果,不仅为中国制造企业了解同行树立经验标杆,也为构建具有中国特色的服务型制造理论体系提供国际视野启示。
<<A hundred years of development in modern industrial sectors has witnessed the completion of the industrialization process and the gradual integration of manufacturing and the service industry in European and American countries. Since the 1980s,manufacturing companies in these countries have successively started the business transformation from basic services focusing on products to intermediate and advanced services focusing on customer needs. Accordingly,this change of enterprise practice has termed as servitization of manufacturing (SOM) in western academic circles. In the 21st century,with the rise of China’s manufacturing industry and the wide application of Internet,big data and other cutting-edge technology,new changes have taken place in the servitization practice of manufacturing companies,and the corresponding research also presents new findings. Through analyzing new trend shown both in practice and research,this paper not only sets up benchmark for Chinese manufacturing companies to understand their peers,but also provides international comparison for the construction of SOM theory framework with Chinese characteristics.
