Based on the language circulation and recent developments in Guangdong，Hong Kong and Macao，this report proposes to strengthen the cultural heritage of Cantonese，while constantly promoting Mandarin，in four aspects including children’s education，mainstream publicity，market guidance，and theoretical research，in order to improve sense of cultural identity in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and to assist the smooth implementation of “One Country，Two Systems”.
