In recent 5 years，the private entrepreneur class and its economic strength continue growing. The private limited enterprises become the main form of the development of private enterprises. At present in the Chinese GDP，the private enterprises in a broad sense（excluding state-owned or state-dominant enterprises）constitute 65%；the private enterprises in a narrow sense constitute 40%. The paper also analyzes the situation of the private entrepreneurs’ political participation.
