In 2012 the NPC and all level of government enacted policies including the newly revised law on the elderly and policies regarding the services for the elderly, mental life of the elderly and social management of the elderly etc. Active response to population aging has become the guideline of the Party and the whole society, the systems of basic insurance of the elderly and the basic health care for the elderly have covered all the old people. The existing problem is lack of top-level and systematic design, low efficiency of law and unfair and unbalanced policy design etc. According to the active responsible national strategy the system of China's aging policy should be advised. <<
