The development of rural tourism is consistent to the bans being not at the expense of agriculture and food, ecology and environment and the requirements coordinating industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization in developing the Central Plains Economic Zone, which is able to become an important focal point of the Central Plains Economic Zone. The paper thinks that the plan for the development of rural tourism must be made on the height of the Central Plains Economic Zone, giving the strategic vision to accelerate the development of rural tourism in Central Plains Economic Zone from the clear positioning, divided layout, product development, service system, strengthening of sector coordination, policy guarantee and the like. <<
