It is that in 2009 Henan adopted the mode of Industry cluster to develop industry, so far, a number of achievements have been adopted, and meanwhile, there is a shortcoming in cultivating competitive advantage. This thesis from the analysis on Henan's industry cluster to discuss how to improve the competitive advantage by using the mode of industry cluster district. By applying "diamond" mode, the author believe that policy advantages should not be the only implement for attaching investment, the importance should be thinking the spillage of industry cluster between relative industries and clutching the chance by the age to Henan to cultivating competitive advantage. <<
