In recent years, with the rapid development of higher education in Henan province, the number of college graduates is also increasing year by year, the graduates' employment situation is becoming increasingly grim, but the speeding up development of Central China Economic Zone provides lots of opportunities to promote college graduates' internal-province employment. Firstly, this paper analyzed the practical significances of Henan college graduates' internal-province employment. Secondly, this paper summarized the reform measures of public employment services in Henan province which had promoted the college graduates' internal-province employment. Thirdly, we found the internal-province employment situation of Henan college graduates has clearly improved recently, but also there are a lot of issues that need to be addressed, based on the questionnaire investigation and interview of some graduates. Finally, we proposed some efforts to realize harmonious development between college graduates' internal-province employment and Central China Economic Zone development, which including perfecting the industry development strategies of Central China Economic Zone, deepening education reforms in Henan University, improve the public employment service systems, perfecting the social policies and public management systems related to the college graduates. <<
