Henan is one populous province, the amount of difficult employment group is large, including college graduates, migrant workers and the disabled etc. The difficult employment group's employment becomes more difficult, on one side, the current macroeconomic situation does't become fundamental better and the pressure of employment is still high, on the other hand, it is due to their own characteristic. This paper is on the basis of investigation, deeply analyzing the existing problems of reality from the basic situation of Henan difficult group employment, and putting forward the suggestions and solutions to promote difficult employment group's employment. <<
