在洛阳工业建设发展中,大工业建设与浓厚的古都底蕴相结合,孕育出了极具时代气息和古都特质的洛阳工业文化。洛阳工业文化的建设经历了孕育、探索、全面发展、新时代升华四个发展阶段,其工业文化的赋存状况包括外在的物质吸引物、内在的工业文脉,以及工业文化精神等文化吸引物。十年来,洛阳不断丰富工业文化业态,发挥文化聚集效应,深入挖掘工业创业创新精神,打造洛阳文化新名片,使洛阳工业文化国际吸引力不断增强。但同时洛阳工业文化也面临工业产品设计、品牌文化、工业体验文化和工业传播文化发展与国际化水平相比依然滞后,文化创意产业与制造业融合程度较低等问题。因此,本文从三个方面探讨了提升洛阳工业文化国际吸引力的路径:构筑全国先进制造业基地,提升经济综合实力;落实新发展理念,实施工业文化项目带动战略,拓展文化交流和提升文化贸易竞争力,打造具有国际影响力的工业文化品牌;优化工业文化发展的外部环境。
<<In the development of Luoyang’s industrial construction,the combination of large-scale industrial construction and strong ancient capital heritage has made Luoyang’s industrial culture full of both the flavor of modern times and the characteristics of an ancient capital. The construction of Luoyang’s industrial culture has gone through four development stages:incubation,exploration,all-round development,and sublimation in the new era. The existence status of Luoyang’s industrial culture includes external material attractions,internal industrial context,and cultural attractions such as industrial cultural spirit. Over the past ten years,Luoyang has continuously enriched its industrial cultural business format,exerted its cultural agglomeration effect,deeply explored the spirit of industrial entrepreneurship and innovation. It has created a new business card for Luoyang’s culture,which can continuously enhance Luoyang’s international appeal. But at the same time,Luoyang’s industrial culture also faces problems in areas such as development of industrial product design,brand culture,industrial experience culture,and industrial communication culture lagging behind international level,and the degree of integration between cultural and creative industries and manufacturing relatively low. Therefore,this article explores ways to enhance the international attraction of Luoyang’s industrial culture from three aspects:build an advanced manufacturing base at the national level;enhance comprehensive economic strength;implement new development concepts and strategies of industrial cultural projects drive;expand cultural exchanges and cultural trade competition;build an industrial cultural brand of international influence;and optimize the external environment for the development of industrial culture.
