    2019年浅谈货运代理企业的信用管控细则

    摘要

    在传统的物流行业业务中,市场全面对外开放的条件下,货运代理的各种业务与国际及国内贸易之间息息相关,形成了物流链中必不可缺的重要环节,这个行业目前迎来了新的发展机遇与挑战。企业为了取得优质客户,扩展市场份额,不只是依靠传统的销售渠道、单一的营销策略和优惠的价格手段,更重要的是赊销的操作模式将成为不可或缺的生存方式,而赊销中的重头戏就是应收账款管理,其可推进销售收入的增加以及降低资金使用率带来的经营风险,企业的信用风险防范及应收账款的管理将逐步成为企业风险控制的核心。本文将L货运代理企业实际情况作为研究的对象,通过理论结合实践的方式去诠释货运代理企业的特点以及在信用管控层面将面临的困境,采用综合性分析及提出关键性管控对企业进行有效管理。

    Abstract

    In the traditional logistics industry business, under the condition that the market is fully open to the outside world, the various services of freight forwarding are closely related to international and domestic trade, forming an important and indispensable link in the logistics chain. This industry has ushered in new development opportunities and challenges. In order to obtain high-quality customers and expand market share, enterprises not only rely on traditional sales channels, a single marketing strategy and preferential price means, but more importantly, the operation mode of credit sales will become an indispensable way of survival. The main issue in credit sales is account receivable management, which can promote the increase of sales income and reduce the operating risk brought by the use of funds. The company's credit risk prevention and account receivable management will gradually become the core of enterprise risk control. This article takes the actual situation of L freight forwarders as the research object, and uses the theory and practice to explain the characteristics of freight forwarders and the difficulties they will face at the level of credit management and control. It adopts comprehensive analysis and proposes key management and control to effectively manage the enterprise. <<
