This article is aimed at promoting the development of the “One Belt One Road” initiative in China, and exploring investment risks in countries along the “One Belt One Road”. First of all, it analyzes the risks existing in the investment of countries along the route, and understands the current problems faced by Chinese enterprises during their overseas business expansion, which provides a reference for companies to formulate development strategies; Then put forward countermeasures to avoid investment risks in countries along the “One Belt One Road”, and understand the important role of enterprises and government departments in implementing the “One Belt One Road” initiative. In the end, it was concluded that in order to fully realize the overseas business development of enterprises, it is necessary to do a good job of risk prevention and control in advance.
