With the rapid development of cities, urban renewal has become a blue ocean of investment. The urban renewal fund, as an important financing means for urban renewal, has received widespread attention from governments, real estate companies, and social capital. Based on the current status of urban renewal and the related content of the shed reform work in the process of urbanization construction in China, this paper lists the current policies that support urban renewal and development, sorts out several major investment and financing models for urban renewal in the current policy environment. and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each financing model. By summarizing the status quo and problems encountered in the development of urban renewal funds, this paper explores the investment and financing models and development trends of urban renewal funds in China's urban renewal. The urban renewal fund, which is a tripartite cooperation model of the government, real estate development enterprises and social capital, will be increasingly valued, and will become an important boost for urban renewal and development in China.
