This article first elaborates the concept of real estate funds and industries and the current main investment methods, and then puts forward the problems existing in the development of real estate funds and the obstacles to the real estate investment industry based on the current situation. Finally, a path design scheme for real estate funds to invest in industrial real estate is proposed through the four aspects of "raising", "investing", "managing" and "refund".
