Due to China's rapid economic development, the number of cars is gradually increasing, energy consumption and pollution are becoming increasingly serious, and the environment is facing huge impacts. The United Nations Environmental Protection Organization investigated the impact of fuel vehicle exhaust emissions on urban air pollution, and the results showed that 50% of air pollution comes from fuel vehicle exhaust emissions. Faced with global problems such as energy shortages and environmental pollution, all countries are focusing on their respective response policies. The emergence and application of new energy vehicles has largely alleviated this situation. According to incomplete statistics, since 2017, the state and local governments have successively introduced more than 200 new energy vehicle development related policies to address energy and environmental issues and promote the sustainable development of the automotive industry.
