As an intangible asset of an enterprise, intellectual property is regarded as a natural link between the company's independent innovation and the market, and the commercialization of intellectual property is also being valued by more and more enterprises. This article looks at start-up companies and analyzes the challenges faced by intellectual property in commercializing start-up companies. At the same time, based on the analysis of the characteristics of the intellectual property rights of start-up enterprises and comparative studies with mature enterprises, this article proposes the realization path of the commercialization of intellectual property rights in start-up enterprises.
