Mass entrepreneurship and innovation policy has been carried out in Sichuan for more than two years，and has achieved staged results. At present，Sichuan Province has laid a solid foundation in the development of platform，environment，and atmosphere of mass entrepreneurship and innovation，and is showing a momentum of rapid development. But in the process of development，Sichuan also met problems such as the imbalance of advance，the lack of activity，the lack of motivation，the weakness of main participators and the difficulty of financing. Finally，this paper analyzes these problems，and gives some suggestions.
