With cultural construction strengthened, various cultural platforms, carriers and projects emerge, which is very important for Guangzhou's cultural industry, and also plays a significant role in building the urban culture brands and cards, improving economy, trade tourism and soft environment, and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the economic development. How to make full use of the platforms, carriers and projects is a new task for us. This paper studies the resources such as cultural platforms, carriers, and projects, and explores the mode and means of cultural market-oriented operation, and then puts forward measures to promote the cultural market.
