This paper first introduces the talent-development program implemented by Guangzhou's propaganda and cultural system since the 17th CPC National Congress. The talent-development program goes well, which is designed for the talents of the propaganda and ideological front, news interview and editting, radio and television, and social sciences. Then, it exposes the opportunities and challenges in new situations. It's significant for the propaganda and cultural system to optimize the talent-development program, promote talent introduction, deepen talent system reform and innovate talents training mode. <<
