采用技术哲学、安全管理学、人机工效学及行为安全学等理论方法,通过探讨煤矿重大瓦斯事故应急处置人因风险预控基本规律,讨论煤矿重大瓦斯事故应急处置人因风险预控技术体系。首先,在梳理国内外应急救援人员行为相关文献基础上,提出开展煤矿重大瓦斯事故应急处置人因风险技术体系架构的可能性。其次,从安全管理学及技术哲学角度,对煤矿重大瓦斯事故应急处置人因风险技术作为一门社会技术进行概念解读,提出煤矿重大瓦斯事故应急处置人因风险预控技术体系架构应遵循的几项逻辑原则。最后,结合煤矿重大瓦斯事故现实情境,采用人机工效学及行为学理论方法探讨煤矿重大瓦斯事故应急处置人因风险预控技术的主体与客体、目的与标准价值、内容与方法,其中煤矿重大瓦斯事故应急处置人因风险预控技术体系主要内容方法包括基础技能训练体系与应急处置行为技能体系应用操作、具体行为技能指标测试方法及操作程序等。研究表明,煤矿重大瓦斯事故应急处置人因风险预控技术体系架构对于提高煤矿重大瓦斯事故应急救援人员培训、改进并提升事故处置效果具有一定的理论指导性及实际价值。
<<Adopting technology philosophy,safety management,ergonomics and safety behavior theory,through discussing the basic rules of human risk control of major coal mine gas accident emergency disposal,constructing risk prevention and control system of emergency disposal technology for coal mine gas accident. First,combing the domestic and foreign relevant literature of emergency rescue personnel behavior,thus put forward to carry out the possibility of human technology risk of the major coal mine gas accident emergency disposal;From the point of view of safety management and philosophy of technology,the risk technology of coal mine accidents is interpreted as a social technology. Then put forward the system should follow the principles of several logic. With the major gas accident in coal mine practical situation,using ergonomics and behavior theory method,to discusses the subject and the object,the purpose and the standard value,the content and the method of human risk control for major coal mine gas accident disposal. Among them,the main content methods include basic skills training system and emergency handling behavior skills system application operation,specific behavior skills indicators test methods and operating procedures,etc.. Research shows that human risk control system for major coal mine gas accident disposal helps to improve emergency rescue team train,modify and improve accident disposal effect and it has a certain theoretical guidance and practical value to enhance the effect of the disposal of the accident. At the same time,the research also helps to enrich the theory and method of the field emergency rescue system.
